• Great Lakes Rental Cotton Candy Machine Specifications:
• A cotton candy machine is a great addition for any party or holiday. With easy to read instructions, anyone can operate it even with no prior experience.
• The Cotton Candy Machine can easily be transported in a car and weighs only 45lbs overall.
• Upon request, we will include a 50' (10 gauge) extension to provide more placement options at your event.

• All machines will be cleaned, sanitized, and tested before your rental.
• Please set the machine up and test it at your event location as soon as you are able.
• It is very rare for a machine to malfunction, but if it does happen during your event we recommend you give us a call immediately so we can help access the problem. If it is needed, we will send someone from our company to fix the problem or bring a replacement machine.

• Concession Return Policy
• *To avoid a $75.00 cleaning fee please perform the following before returning the items:
• -All parts and pieces of machine must be returned.
• -Remove all food & debris from Concession Machines
• -Return all items to their original containers, and dispose of plastic bags.
• *Customer will be charged for replacement of damaged or missing items.
• Cotton Candy Machine Cleaning - The customer is required to clean the outer surface area of the machine, bowl, net, clips, and cord. We will charge if the outer surface areas of the machine are not cleaned before return. The customer is not required to clean the inner workings of the cotton candy machine. Warm water helps remove the sugar after use. Please use extra caution not to get the inside of the spinning head, or any other electronic areas wet. The customer is responsible for any damage occurring during cleaning. Please ask an associate for assistance if you have any further questions.
